Abstract

Abstract

          The purpose of this research are 1) to study the education administration of Omnoisophonchanupatham School under the secondary Education service area office 10 Samutsakorn Province, 2) to compare academic management of Omnoisophonchanupatham School under the Secondary Education service Area Office 10 Samutsakorn Province by personal factors, 3) to study problem, obstacle and suggestion of academic management Omnoiasophonchanupatham School under the Secondary Education service area office 10 Samutsakorn Province. This is the survey research, the samples used in this research were 297 persons including teachers and student from Omnoisophonchanupatham School. The instruments used was questionnaire with IOC 0.60 to 1.00 and the reliability value of 0.956. Statistics used to analyze the data were Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and statistics One-way Analysis of Variance: F-test.        

          The result were as follows:

          1. The result of education administration of Omnoisophonchanupatham School under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 10 Samutsakorn Province when considering the details in each field were at high level in all aspect with an average of 3.94. Sort by descending are assessment and transfer results, educational supervision, development of innovative technologies for education and development of curriculum respectively and the least average was development of learning process.

          2. The result of the comparative on gender, education and status of teachers and student by T-test found that the total and each part opinions had not been different at the significant 0.5. However, the result of the comparative on age are different at the significant 0.5.

          3. Obstacles and suggestion found that 1) development of curriculum obstacles: the core curriculum have too much content in the learning materials 8 group and proportion of standard and indicator are not clear suggestion: adjust curriculum according to development and changing present and future economic system. 2) Development of learning process obstacles: lack skills for learning procedure from real situation suggestion: should use actual situation for teaching. 3) Development of innovative technologies for education obstacles: teachers don’t use media for teaching suggestion: teachers should use media for teaching which make more interesting for student to learn. 4) Educational supervision obstacles: does not allow anyone to participate in educational supervision suggestion: should give chance to everyone to participate educational supervision. 5) Assessment and accreditation of education obstacles: grading does not comprehensive performance of students yet suggestion: should evaluate according to required capacity of the students.
